sometimes i feel like amazon.com knows me too well. it's enough to send me off on a spree of britney spears/'nsync/eminem/vanilla ice/pearl jam/led zeppelin/the monkees/whatever else i need to look at to get them off my scent. it's eerie.

i left out some of the ones i already have or different albums by the same artist. ok, so like, not all of these albums are on my wishlist or anything, but would i listen to (and probably like) them if someone gave them to me? of course i would. i don't know. it's creepy. they don't seem to do as well on books for some reason, though. ok, i just went to my book recommendation page and i take it back. they do a pretty good job there, too. god. it's like the preface to brave new world. ok, maybe it's not that severe. i just like to blow things out of proportion sometimes.
so this has been a really lovely weekend. pretty much nothing to do. how often does that happen? i've slept. A LOT. that has also been lovely. we watched baseketball last night. so it's not something i ever would have picked up at blockbuster, but i have to say, it was pretty amusing in that brainless, stupid way. and i'm sure if you're picking up baseketball, you're not expecting some amazingly deep tour de force. i'd say it's not a case of false advertising or anything. i'd also say that it's time for more muffins. we're out.
snickerdoodles are sugar cookies, except rolled in cinnamon and sugar. i have to say, i got more questions about that than anything i can remember in a long time. so i figure it merited a mention here. what sort of muffins should we bake today? i'll have to take a look.
daylight savings time is so awesome in the fall. but then it totally sucks in the spring.
